Wednesday –Baked Shrimp Scampi/ Rice and Veggie

Thursday – (Soccer) – Ground Beef Lo Mein/ Egg Rolls

Friday – Hot Colby Ham Sandwiches  (Simple & Delicious pg 130) and Chips

Saturday – One-pot Chicken Dinner – Fix it and Forget pg 49

Sunday – (Soccer)- Spaghetti Squash Casserole

Saturday – Chicken Noodle Soup and Vegetables – Fix it and Forget it Lightly – pg 141
