Happy Independence Day from White Bear Lake!! Hope everyone had a wonderful 4th of July!
I had a quiet evening at home on the 4th of July. Hubby, brother in law and youngest son went to cheer on the MN United FC. Two of the players are my youngest son’s soccer coaches.
I spent my evening at home with my father in law. I worked on our menu in hopes of getting to the stores early. I signed up for a new Emeals menu plan, Paleo Diet – as we are working on eating more healthy as a family. The switch is mostly to hopefully address some of my father in laws stomach trouble. It was interesting researching gluten free alternatives to his favorite foods. We will see how well they are received. If you would like to see some of the meals we are eating on the Paleo plan and my families reactions. Like Living in White Bear Lake on Facebook to see the pictures we post each night of the Paleo meals.
