Tuesday , 6th – Stuffed Shells / Garlic Bread

Wednesday, 7th – (Work Late) – Country Meatloaf,  Mashed Potatoes and Corn

Thursday, 8th –  Stuffed Pepper Soup – ( Emeals – pg 531)

Friday, 9th – Hamburgers/ Fries

Saturday, 10th – Chicken Broccoli Rice Bake

Sunday, 11th – Mother’s Day –

 

Monday, 12th – Fish and Chips (April/May Simple – Pg 42)

Tuesday, 13th – Crockpot Sticky Chicken (marinated over night) Parmesan Cheese Noodles and Peas

Wednesday, 14th – Skillet Beef Tamales (April/May Simple pg 18)

Thursday, 15th – (sorting) – Spiral Ham, Chive Carrots Carrots (April/May Simple – Pg 15), Mashed Potatoes/Rutabagas

Friday, 16th – Stir Fried Chicken Fajitas – Tortilla Chips with Salsa (Emeals 506)

Saturday, 17th – Bed and Breakfast Casserole – Toast/ Blueberry Muffins (Emeals 531)

Food Budget:  We decided to start tracking how much we spend on food/household expenses each month again in hopes to budget appropriately.  Wanting to keep our budget at $100 per person each month.   We are a household of 4 adults, 1 growing boy who eats like an adult.

     Aldi –            $143.24
     Walmart –       66.84
     Sam’s  –          95.52

Total of food : $305.60  or $ 61.12/ person or  $ 152.80 per week on groceries.
