Once again menu planning has been a life saver. 1/2 of our household has been sick since Christmas Day. Since the menu is planned with easy meals we have muddled through and still fed our household, which is bit of a feet considering we have a 4 generations living with us and main cook, (me) is one of the sick ones!.
Sunday – 29th – Lasagna –Garlic Bread
Monday – 30th – Noodle Soup and Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Tuesday –31st – Smoked Salmon, Shrimp Cocktail, Meatballs, Baked Coconut Shrimp (Very good, New favorite!), French Bread Pizza,
Wednesday – 1st – Crab & Lobster, Wild Rice and Normandy Veggies with Red Lobster Biscuits (postponed due to illness)
Thursday – 2nd – Cheesy and Chicken Rice Casserole x 2
Friday – 3rd – Tacos and Taco Salad
Saturday – 4th – Crockpot Chicken and Vegetables
Sunday – 5th – Bacon Swiss Pork Chops – Vegetable and Salad (Simple & Delicious: Oct/Nov 2013 – pg 18)
