3rd –  Rotisserie Chicken – Stuffing and Corn

4thCheese Stuffed Shells, Garlic Bread –  (TOH Best Loved Recipes – pg 560)

5th – (FPU) – Pot Roast – Veggies (Emeals – 505)

6th – Mexican Pasta Skillet – Carrots and Dip (Emeals – 506)

7th – (Sort) – Stir Fried Chicken Fajitas – Tortilla Chips with Salsa (Emeals 506)

8th – (Friday Movie Night) – Monte Crisco Sandwich, Apples and Chips (Emealz 405)

9th –  Easy Parmesan Chicken Thighs  – Wild Rice –  Veggie

10thSirloin with Mushroom Sauce  – Mashed Potatoes and  Herbed Green Beans  (Simple & Delicious: Oct/Nov 2013-23)

Work Lunches:  I am trying Mason jar Salads for lunches for work this week.   I made 5 on Sunday so I will actually have a lunch even when I love sleep.   The dressing in on the bottom so the lettuce stays fresh.
