October 28th – November 3rd, 2013

28th Biscuit and Gravy, Scrambled Eggs

29th (FPU) – Vegetable Beef Soup Crockpot – (Fix it and Forget it Lightly pg 133)

30th Cheese Stuffed Shells, Garlic Bread –  (TOH Best Loved Recipes – pg 520)

31st – Squirmy Wormy Sandwiches –

1 package (16 oz) hot dogs
1 tbls vegetable oil
1/2 cup ketchup
1 tbls brown sugar
2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 tsp spicy brown mustard
Dash Liquid Smoke, optional
6 Hamburger buns

Cut each hot dog into eight strips. In a large skillet, sauté hot dogs in oil until golden brown.

Stir in ketchup, brown sugar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and Liquid smoke if desired; heat through. Serve on buns. Yield 6 servings. Tip: Use your favorite bottle barbecue sauce for even quicker treat!!!

1st – (Friday Movie Night) – Mac and Cheese – Bologna

2nd – Rotisserie Chicken, Stuffing and Corn

3rd Loaded Baked Potato Soup, Cheese Pull Apart Bread
