Sunday – 1/29 – Corn Chowder/ Biscuits- Taste of Home COokbook – page 65

Monday – 1/30 – Creamy Chicken Breasts, Rice, Carrots, Salad (cooks @ 350 for 45-50 mins)

Tuesday – 1/31 – (4:30 HV) – Meatloaf /Potatoes/Green Beans

Wednesday – 2/1  –  Bacon and Tomato Grilled Cheese – Noodle Soup (box)

Thursday – 2/2 – Beef Macaroni Casserole/ Green Beans/ Garlic Toast (Aldi 413)

Friday – 2/3 (Read Athon @ 6:30) – Sub Sandwiches/Chips & Dip

Saturday – 2/4 – Italian Country Style Pork Ribs/ Steak Fries/ Corn (Fix and Forget it 5 ingredients – pg 140)

Sunday – 2/5 – Pecan Crusted SalmonRice A Roni – Green Beans

Monday –  2/6 – (Working late) – Slow Cooker Fajitas (8-9 hours) 

Tuesday – 2/7 – (Working Late) – Bake Boxed Lasagna

Wednesday -2/8 – Sausage Potato Soup/ Bread 

Thursday – 2/9 (sort scrips) – Baked Pork Chops and Rice / Corn

Friday – 2/10 – Meatball Subs (365 Easy Meals Oct. 12 – pg 300)

Saturday- 2/11 – Panko ChickenHerbed Rice – Broccoli

Sunday – 2/12 (work info desk) – Smothered Hamburger Steak/ Mashed Potatoes/ Veggie
