Believe it or not…..for the first time since about June or so, hubby and I are going out on a date. My BIL is watching the kids for us tonight and we are going to the movie. It is so seldom we are out alone. I am looking forward to it!
I have heard alot about the movie Fireproof from friends at church and other bloggers, so we are going to check it out.

BTW…maybe you can help me. I am having a consistent problem when baking cookies, in that they turn out a cake-style cookie versus a chewy cookie. I’m not sure why, but it happens every time! I made Nestle’s Toll House cookies this weekend and they turned out again, cake-style. I love the chewy gooey kind, but do you think they can turn out like that!!! Grrrr….
If you have any suggestions, please let me know!!
BTW…I am loving your site! I’ve started making menu’s now; something I have never done before. I pick up the weekend sales papers and make my menu’s by what is on sale. I take a list with me, and shop only from the list now! Again, something I have never done!
I am really seeing a savings in what I am spending on groceries now! I wish I had started this YEARS ago!!!
