I hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day!! We had a great day! We got most of our garden planted and our outdoor living room has been set up. I am so happy to have summer here! I am wanting to get my house and routines back in place so I have more evenings to be outside and enjoy the weather.

Recipes To Try:
Baking – Apple and Custard Muffins
Mini Banana Muffins with Cream-Cheese Icing
Crockpot Ribs – my mom’s crockpot ribs*, mini ears of corn on the cob
*The ribs are very easy to do– just place boneless country spare ribs in the crockpot with salt and pepper (no liquid) and cook on low all day. Then, about an hour before you want to eat, drain all the fat and liquid out of the crockpot, and add in your favorite BBQ sauce. (We like a store brand thick and spicy sauce.) Simmer another hour on low, then enjoy!
Have a happy mother’s day with your kids!!!
Blessings!
