I figured out the pause thing. I could also shut it off and start where I was. So there I was sitting snuggly on my couch and decided I better pause before I fell asleep. Well I accidently hit one of the many touchy buttons and whammo back to the beginning I was. I had made it through 4 chapters too. Have a great week end. Sandy

Oh my goodness! I LOVE those vitamins!! I bought my husband the Super Dad, and my kids the Super Kids LOL. I really like the Bone Ami cal/mag supplement too!! They can cause you to detox a bit when you first start them so I’d do one tab a day for a week and move up to two. Yay!!
