What A Day…

I have just been too overwhelmed to even post lately.   I am very busy with work and I have no idea where the summer has gone.   Last weekend we went to the MN State Fair and assisted my Father In Law to buy a new car on Sunday.   I had mowed the lawn on Friday as my hubby had gone out for the evening with friends and it looked like a jungle.   Either mowing the lawn or at the fair I seem to have injured my knee.  Actually more like reinjured it.  I had hurt this knee a few times when I was a teen and played basketball.

Work today was crazy but I was determined to go to the chiropractor since I could hardly walk and my knee really hurt a lot.   After the chiro. took care of my back and neck he looked at my knee.  He determined that there was nothing he could do and he referred me to an orthopedic surgeon.  Oh Joy….like I have time for this!!  But I really do need to be able to walk to work.

I hope to get caught up with all of you soon.  Tomorrow night we have meet the teacher with Tommy’s kindergarten teacher.   Friday will be Tommy’s last day at daycare.  I know he will miss seeing his auntie every day!!!   Well I best head to bed…I have taken a few pain pills and can’t really type to well.

  1. ooo hope the knee heals quickly.

Seems like I never even slowed down this summer and it just flew by like crazy!

I can feel the coolness in the air at night… fall is on its way big time!

  3. Hope you don’t have too much down time with that knee, but you are right, you have to be able to walk!! That is an important little thing to consider. Trey started kindergarten Monday and absolutely loves it!! I’m sure Tommy will love it too!
