  1. That crockpot chicken chili is too involved for me. We do basically the same thing by draining great northern white beans, dumping them in the crock pot with some chicken breasts and a jar of salsa and topping it with cheese and some sour cream when it’s done. Sooo good! and so easy!

  2. We made the french fry casserole tonight, but it wasn’t as great as I thought it would be.  While it was baking it smelled so good, but I just wasn’t crazy about it!  I’m making the white chicken chili Wednesday.
