Monday…..Just got back from my weight watchers meeting and I lost another .8 pounds.  I was hoping to lose a pound, but at least I didn’t gain I guess.   I know I need to exercise more…so I will keep working on that.  


My late meeting cancelled on me tonight, but I think I will still work late and get caught up on some paperwork.  a never ending thing in my job.  The appointment rescheduled to Thursday so I will be a bit late for my book group…oh well. 


Well I am off to see if I can get anything done here at the office.  Please no one more call me with a crisis!   Since I took off for the few days for the conference everything goes wrong.   ALways happens like that.

  1. Do you eat after 7? Do you snack? Do you exercise daily or every other day? What about drinking more water or diet drinks? Just trying to think of things that might help. I know WW tho, and you do tend to lose slowly on them. Esp with their flex points. A lot ppl find they can’t do the flex because if they use those extra points, they never lose the weight.
