Well I am almost awake and have finished my breakfast. I need to fill out Josh’s mission trip forms and write a check out for the finally payment for the trip. Josh went with his Dad yesterday and took Amy with him as they went to a car show. Erik ended up being upset as he is having a hard time with Josh spending time with his girlfriend. Erik feels like Josh choses Amy over him and he missses him. It is hard when you brother grows up an works and has a girlfriend. Josh and Erik are pretty close and it is hard on Erik. Poor Guy…Josh and Amy stayed here in the evening and Erik was happy to hang out with them. Erik will be better in the summer as he lives here full time then and will be with Josh alot more. Josh only has one year of high school left after this year so he will be even more busy with college.
I best get busy and get these forms done and get everyone ready for church. YAWN!! I have alot on my today list to get done today.

Poor Erik! It’s hard having your big brother (or sister) moving on and having fun with a new love. I hope Erik gets quality Josh time in the summer.
There’s a website called Teen Reads that you may want to check out for book ideas: http://www.teenreads.com
Also, thought of another author — Lloyd Alexander. He wrote the book The Black Cauldron, which the Disney cartoon is based upon.
Does Erik like Star Wars? I found a Star Wars: Jedi Apprentice series at B&N.com Here’s the very long link: http://browse.barnesandnoble.com/browse/nav.asp?userid=Bg6dwRnAb6&bncatid=833709&visgrp=children%27s&endecaid=3023+2146435909&ATL_lid=Bg6dwRnAb6&ATL_sid=dK8LKK6B3U&ATL_endecaNavStateNames=Children|Ages%209%20to%2012|Star%20Wars:%20Jedi%20Apprentice%20Series&ATL_endecaNavStateIDs=300335|3023|2146435909&Ns=SERIES_NUMBER
Oh, another recommendation: Holes, by Louis Sacher. Disney made a movie based on the book a couple of years ago, and I love it. I know a lot of moms whose sons love this book
