I had to locate this recipe today. I was craving it! We make this frosting and dip graham cracker sticks in it as a snack………YUMMY!!!
Jen’ s Favorite Frosting
¾ cup butter or margarine, softened
2 packages (3 ounces each) cream cheese, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 cups confectioner’s sugar
In a small mixing bowl, beat butter, cream cheese and vanilla until smooth. Gradually beat in confectioners’ sugar.

I’ve never heard of using cream cheese in a frosting recipe but am sure it’s something my DH would love!
There are times when DH is craving something sweet and if I don’t really feel a whole lot like baking that night, I’ll whip up a quick bowl of frosting and then spread the frosting between graham crackers for him ‘n he loves it.
If I remember next time I’m at the store, I’ll grab some cream cheese and give this recipe a try ‘cuz I’m sure he’d like them too! Thanks for sharing!!
