I have Tater Tot Casserole in the oven for my family. I can’t eat a bite!! We went to Kincades for holiday lunch today. A lovely place, very upscale business type. The food was to die for! I had a grilled King Salmon with rice and veggies. I even plurged for dessert, I had burnt cream….which was sinful. Very expensive meal, but I thoroughly enjoyed it! Now back to reality!! LOL!!

Tonight I hope to straighten up the house and wrap presents! Tomorrow is our Coyan family Christmas party. I only have to make 7-layer salad, nothing too difficult.
