Monday – 18th  – Beef Enchiladas, Spanish Rice

Tuesday, 19th – French Toast,  Cantaloupe, Sausage (Grandpa’s Syrup and French Toast)

Wednesday, 20th – (Back to School Kick off) – Chicken Salad Sandwiches– Fresh Fruit

Thursday,21st – Spaghetti & Meat Balls

Friday, 22nd – Ranch Burgers, Steak Fries and Green Beans (Emeal A –545)

Saturday, 23rd – Country Meatloaf, Mashed Potatoes, Green Beans

 

Sunday, 24th – Slow Cooker Pesto Chichen (Emeals P – 547) / Garlicky Baked Butternut Squash

Monday, 25th – Sloppy  Joes (crockpot) and Fries(shoestring)

Tuesday, 26th – Asian Beef and Broccoli (Emeals P-547) Green Onion Cauli-Rice

Wednesday, 27th – Unstuffed Cabbage Casserole

Thursday,28th ( Book Group) – Pork Chops and Rice (extra rice)

Friday, 29th  – (sausage) Pizza Bagels and Salad

Saturday, 30th – Chicken Thighs (Slow Cooker- 6 hours)  Emeals-P 540 – Rice a Roni – Veggie

Sunday, 31st-  Summer Pasta Salad and Grilled  Chicken

BAKING:  Whole Wheat Zucchini Chocolate Chip Muffins ($5Week32)    /Peach Cobbler
